ANCHOR Program

The Center for Drug-Free Living’s ANCHOR Program, (Accessing New Choices for Housing Opportunities and Recovery), provides transitional housing with case management and overlay services for chronically homeless men who have co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders.  The ANCHOR program is an integral component of the Orange County CRC (Central Receiving Center) service system. Individuals are referred through the CRC System.
