Online Screening
At the CFDFL, we actively commit ourelves to the treatment and prevention of alcohol and substance abuse
problems in individuals. As apart of this committed effort, we have implemented two online screenings that
you are able to take free of charge, in the comfort of your own home, and without disclosing any personal
information.
The following are the two screenings; the AUDIT (Alcohol Use Disorder Identification Test) and the DAST-10
(Drug Use Questionnaire). We encourage everyone to take these simple screenings to get a better assessment of
your personal health. To ensure the most accurate results, when taking either screening assessment, it is
important to be completely honest when answering each question.
